We believe that training is more fun and effective when you’re in it together.

Group training is one of the most fun and effective ways to get fit. Our primary focus is on group training because it works! We strive to create a welcoming community that truly encourages and motivates one another.

Our 55 minute coach-led classes combine elements of sports conditioning and strength training through functional movement patterns. Every class is lead by an experienced fitness coach that will help guide you through each movement safely. All you have to do is show up, our excellent coaches will take care of the rest!

Group Fitness Class Schedule

Our group fitness classes are for all levels of fitness. Our coaches will help you modify to your specific needs. If you are wanting to work on fundamental movement or build confidence in the gym – we also offer personal training.

Every workout is dynamic and different. Never boring, and we keep you challenged.

In our facility, we are always innovating by offering top of the line equipment and an excellent coaching staff. Our workouts are high-energy, results driven, community focused and FUN!

Frequently Asked Questions

No, our gym is geared towards members of all fitness levels and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. However, if you don’t feel ready to dive right in, personal training is a great option.

In most cases, you must be 18 or older to belong to our gym and participate in group training. For experienced youth athletes, between 14 and 18 years of age, please contact us. We also offer specific events and classes for youth grades K-12.
